Please be noted
If number of guests is under the minimum of the room, Pörssitalo will issue a room rent. The rent is calculated per guests under the minumum. All coffee breaks and lunches will take place in either Linnanpiha or Restaurant Pörssi, no servings to Pörssisali.
Equipment for additional fee
AV-technician
If you are planning to use AV-equipment we warmly recommend you to order a AV-technician to be at your disposal. Technician would take care of computers, projectors, microphones and also would handle every possible challenge related to AV-equipment. Our partner is Sound Engine, erkki.castren@soundengine.fi. Charging on weekdays 64.48€ / hour with a minimum charge of 4 hours.
